Does vaginal birth affect the sex life?

Does vaginal birth affect the sex life or can a woman be able to pleasure his man the same way she used to do before giving birth? Honest answers please.
I know there are exercises (kegels), creams and etc, to tighten the vagina again but I want to know if any of them really works or not?

I have had 2 babies and do the kegels and my sex life is fine. I asked my ex after our first if he noticed a difference and he said not really since they had stitched me up tight anyways. My bf seems to like our sex life just fine too so I would say no it doesn't affect the sex life.
