How am I supposed to act when a sex scene comes on in a movie?

So I'm in the TV room watching Babel with my 13 year old little brother and out of nowhere we see a "harry monster" and the female character drops all her clothes at one point. Same thing with the movie 300, a graphic sex scene out of nowhere. It's not like I mind, but I'm uncomfortable watching them with my 13 year old little brother. I know he's not a little kid and he's pretty much seen it all by now, but how am I supposed to act around him when a sex scene comes on in a movie? Right now I get kinda inwardly pissed off because I'm uncomfortable and it sometimes shows on the outside. It's just the fact that no, he isn't an adult yet, however much he participates in adult activities, but its not like I can just not rent movies that don't have sex in them (which is just about every movie). So basically how should I act around my little brother when a sex scene comes on in a movie?
